      In the third age of a historic culture or a bio-economical cycles such as the third age of Metal-heads we are witnessing, as in the third age of life, there is an excess of form, of in-form-ation, and a lack of purpose and energy. Life is almost gone, and old people become cynical, tired. He knows too much, but has no solutions for the incoming age of death he foresees.
      Now think of Art as the collective mind of civilizations, in which each artist is a neuronal cell of the collective brain that sees more and speaks better the social human languages. So as the old man he feels those latter days of decadence in a culture, and suffers for it. And it shows in art the same kind of cynical, prophetic, extinctive thoughts that the cells-neurons of an old man who foresee his extinction have. The result is that in all social bodies of history, as a civilization dies away, his artists have become prophetic, extinctive, baroque, formal, cynical. We call that third age of any cultural civilization (including the civilization of modern Europe or age of Metal-bodies, and the civilization of modern America, or age of metal-heads) the baroque age of the civilization.
      So we are now in the American baroque, the 2000s, which parallels in the new media of scientific metal-heads (TVs, internet, media art), the European baroque of the 20s, with his isms.
      In those ages there are prophetic attitudes, that deepen the truths of extinction, and at the same time the opposite reaction - as it happens in old man - a childish attitude of denial, that ignores what lies ahead on purpose.
      So we have the two kind of artists, the first type, more in tune with this magazine. The second one, more in tune with the mass of childish-old men, of our cultural milieu. To those artists form becomes all since as the old man, the artist of a dying civilization does not longer believe in content, or rather hates the content of his life, of his collapsing culture.
      In brief, when the essence of a civilization is gone, and nobody believes in the values of that civilization, the appearance, the external form becomes fundamental, and space, image, grandeur, size, substitutes time, verbal thought, quality, harmony.
      Our chosen word describes this age of thought and art better than any other: baroque. It was coined to talk about the end of the Christian Social civilization of Southern Europe, destroyed by the power of the first Company-mothers of the Go(l)d Dutch and English culture. Then it affected mainly Italy and Spain, the destroyed old top predators of Human civilizations. It was so deep and long because in fact it signified the end of Human social power. Ever since company-mothers and lobism have ruled the Earth. Now our decadent, artistic age of extinctive prophets, Matrix style is also very deep and tortuous, because it means no more and no less than the extinction of the entire human races by the incoming III Industrial Evolution of Robotics... So the suffering of modern artists, and their twisted baroque attitudes have no parallel in History. It is extreme because the American Baroque is the Human Baroque, the most extreme of all Old ages of a body-species - the age of extinction.

      In the texts American art&literature closely follows in its descriptions of economical/political/cultural attitudes the 3 ages of a civilization marked by the 3 phases of evolution of Metal-heads, which America has commanded.
      Plainly speaking, present America is a civilization based in metal-heads, which has gone through 3 ages, as those machines evolved also in 3 ages. Today, both the economic and historic sides of the American civilization find themselves in that 3rd baroque ageAn age that brings the first robots and nets in control of human masses. And the best American artists, enter a decadent, extinctive, prophetic age that warn us about the incoming end of the world.
      As in all previous final cycles of civilizations (we consider in our examples, the Egyptian, Greek-Roman, and Modern European civilizations).


      The causes and consequences of the American Baroque

      Let us resume this 3rd age of metal-heads in the economical/political arena, that is causing in the cultural world, a decadent extinctive prophetic art.
      We are living in the 2000s, what in Europe was the age of -isms, or baroque Europe, when artists became cynical, destructive, and agonized about the end of the European World power, between two destructive World Wars that annihilated the European civilization. The economic/political world of those 20-00s were parallel.
      The happy 1920s, followed by the tragic 1930s, were also signaled by financial speculation, once bodies of machines had saturated the market and companies' real profits plummeted.
      Then, those companies as today electronic companies do with e-money, deviated the focus of the economy from the physical, real world of production into the 'free-machine of making money', the financial market. To maintain that bubble, Company-mothers hired first irresponsible politicians who backed speculative policies (as today Mr. Bush and Mr. Greenspan do), and then when the bubble busted in 1929, company-mothers in control of our democracies, hired hard-nose politicians that instead of switching from Machine-production to Human Goods Production (butter instead of canons) kept the production of bodies of machines going speculating with their 'necessary use in case of war." And so a new way of making money with bodies of machines appeared - the free production of their military species, tanks, planes and bombs, that inaugurated an age in which top predator weapons were reproduced in great numbers to consume human soldiers...
       It was an age of military lobbyism, paid by those industries, and called then fascism, which ended in II World War.
      As we enter the happy 20-00s, the same irresponsible policies of speculation are backed by our 'hired politicos'. The growth of military lobbyism is evident. The switch towards the use of new technologies in weapons (star wars, robotics) has already started in America, with the new Administration, that is bound to play the role of pre-war Germany, in the incoming age of war-speculation... Yet the spread of 'neofascism' is downplayed and widely tolerated, as if we did not know its consequences on the long term. Only our artists, more sensitive to the evolution and welfare of mankind, seem to realize of the dangers we face ahead, expressing in a new baroque, of deformed expressions, and violent prophecies, those apocalyptic war-futures that our economists and politicians want to bring to mankind with their primitive ways of understanding and solving the cycles and problems of history and the Economy.
      We are thus in the American baroque, the final age of the civilization of metal-minds, whose best fruits were long ago gone. Now as the American civilization collapses, their artists give us a decadent vision of their culture, and send us warnings against the new III Industrial Evolution of Robots that will extinguish us. That III Industrial Evolution will no longer need human beings, but it will be born in a war, made by machines of death... by robots, and satellites in charge of atomic missiles, as those Mr. Bush is so fond to put on the hands of super-computer war machines.
      Only art and religion, the two sides of the same coin, the biological mind of social organisms, of historic organisms, made up of neuronal artists, men who see better and speak better in human languages seem to realize.
      This is a realistic magazine about The future of history and economics, about the evolution of art, that deals with the biological laws that rule the existence of Historic organisms on the Earth, including the collective minds of men, the artistic styles of each time. On that view, the premises of sci-fi writers and sci-fi movies such as Terminator or Matrix are prophetic. Only the ends imposed by the producers of metal-minds, gold believers, always optimist about machines, are false. No heroes will come from the future to save us from Terminator, no chosen men will resurrect mankind after the robotic wars. What we can do is take those warnings and control the evolution of robots by mad scientists. Or else we will witness those prophecies of Hollywood artists in reality. They are just part of a prophetic avant-guard, in the style of German expressionism that described bodies of holocaust victims 20 years before they occurred; or in the style of Jewish prophets who, on the verge of a Holocaust, have always advised kings and banker-priests of the danger of their greedy politics. Don't the biblical Moses and Jesus appear like the intellectual Europeans who advise against the corrupt kingdom of money and machines that dominates American politics? Isn't the work of a Chomsky parallel to the style of a Seneca and other writers who warned of the decadence of their civilizations? On that sense Hollywood's artists, the ecological groups, and the European intellectuals, are not mere charlatans looking for an audience. They are the collective subconscious shouting out against extinction.

      The Spanish anti-death penalty activists raise 1.5 million $ to pay one of the best criminal lawyers in America.

      Martinez found innocent in second trial. Police recognizes there was no prove of Martinez being in the room where murders occur. Police recognizes they changed the date of death to make it coincide with the hours in which Martinez had no alibi, just to speed up the process - they affirmed.
      Martinez received as a hero in Spain.

      This year. On the corruption of the law:
      An estimated 100.000 lobbyists live in Washington, 50 times more than in the 60s.
      Mr. Bush rejects the Tokyo protocol. He said he had promised it to the companies that backed his campaign.
      Mr. Bush will not pay the UNO till it reforms itself in the lines proposed by the American government.
      Mr. Bush will not recognize the Haye International Court for crimes against human rights

      More than half of American inmates work for misery wages. Courts, policemen, lawyers and impresarios all profit from this new private enterprise.
      America reaches the highest per capita number of inmates. Half of them serve prison for acts such as Marihuana consume, which are not penalized in most European nations.
      The American supreme court denies the right to vote to Floridians. Even if machines have committed mistakes, those discharged votes will not be counted. Left wing press.

      Lobism causes the corruption and distrust of the law.

      If anything shows the third age of an Industrial Age of Lobism, based in Go(l)d values, is the corruption and obsolescence of the law, as company-mothers pay judges and politicians to legislate in their favor, and in favor of their 'product rights', against all kind of human rights. Further on Lobism takes advantage of that process of corruption, to discredit the law and the politicians and impose the values of Go(l)d. In this manner people also become corrupted and change their language of power from ethic words to monetary values. It is a self-feeding process that ends up with a new kind of society, based in violence and money. Our present society in the third age of Metal-minds.
       So today our growing breed of neofascist politicians instead of reforming the law and its institutions, affirm that since the law is corrupted it is better to resort to money, brute force, even war, to resolve problems. Those were the solutions the fascist movement in the 1920s promoted. Their aim of course was to corrupt further the law, and use it to repress humanism, socialism, and credit to human goods. It succeeded. In those conditions people become so cynical about the Law, about the dictatorship of democracies, that they let Lobism to happen. And lobism reaches its goals. In the 20s those goals were first "Freed"=freedom of greed, speculation and destruction of jobs. Then Freed brought fascism, and then freed brought social repression and war. This is the path we forecast for our system today... exercised by Company-mothers and stock markets. Only after the II World War ended, the Europeans realized that there was a good superior to Go(l)d and that good was life. This is what the American culture still has to learn. Otherwise their present legal and political situation is very much like that of Europe in the 20s. Go(l)d reigns supreme, and over all it reigns over the law and Human rights. So as in Europe, it will bring war again for Go(l)d profits.
       Problem in America is that most Americans believe this is right, because they believe either in Go[l]d religions from the old testament (Calvinism, Anglicanism, Judaism), or in modern Go(l)d religions such as economics, or just revere the machines of science, and its military weapons. This happens because America, founded by company-mothers who transported different American cargoes, (slaves, indenture servants), has no other tradition than Go(l)d as a language of power.
      The corruption of the law and the indifference of a population to that corruption after fighting it individually with little result is one of the most worrisome facts of neofascism. Neofascism becomes more powerful as that corruption extends from commercial law (corrupted since the creation of the Law of Anonymous societies), to the civil law (corrupted in the confrontation between Company-mothers and citizens) to the penal law (murder is legal if you can pay yourself a good lawyer - witness the O.J. Simpson case), to the International Law (with the scorning of International Institutions, organizations and treaties). Then violence, war, and monetary corruption become the new tools of social relationships.
      As Albert Camus said: "When the power of the word is overthrown murder and corruption becomes the rules of behavior in our societies".

THE CULTURAL DECADES. THE 20-00S

      The decades of modern history and the pendulum law.

      People are accustomed to label modern times by decades.
      We talk of the 60s, that age of Hippies and human hopes, trying to build an Earthly paradise; of the 70s, when those dreams were shattered by the realities of economical crisis, and social repression.
      Those two decades left way to the 80s, when the backlash of conservatism, and the easy money brought by stock-market speculation created the yuppies - a materialistic counter-reaction to the hippie movement...
      Soon the Communist movement collapsed, further helping the right wing to become the ideology of the decades ahead.
       Right wing ideals, and wild capitalism made further inroads in the 90s, when monetary speculation with the help of new technologies of information in the hands of big companies ensured a long reign to conservatism. Even the initial attempts of the 90s to create a counter-culture (new wave) were easily diluted and bastardized by the dominance of electronic media, controlled by go(l)d cultures (TVs, internet) with their marketing of machines, and their advertising capacity to transvestite into consumer dreams, all forms of Social R=evolution.
      So if the 60s and 70s were an age of humanism, socialism, freedom of minds, respect for nature, love, charity, and search for social human evolution; the 80s and 90s brought the opposite tendency under the Universal Law of the Pendulum, the Law of Action-reaction: Capitalism, individualism, materialism, worship of technology and indifference to the poor, to nature, to the extinction of life...
       We are now in the 2000s, and we wonder what they will be like? Would they bring a new hope for r=evolutionary movements in history trying to return to that Earthly paradise of Human Goods and Social love? Would they be marked by military lobbyism (neo-fascism), an the increasing tendency of our governments to consider human rights a nuisance of the past? If social evolution becomes discharged, and Darwinian struggle continues as the philosophy of companies and individuals, looking for profit in the Jungle of the Metal-Earth, will that fight end into a new World War, as the 20s ended in II WW?
      What will be indeed the future of economics and history, the future of all of us those incoming decades?


      Cultural decades and tendencies are caused by The paradox of History.

      As an individualist of the 90s, you might think our political and economical tendencies well grounded in historical cycles, are by all means irrelevant to your life as an individual, free person. But if you think in such a simple way, you are mistaken. Because you are not free. You do not live in a desert. You are not a Paleolithic man with your own territory of energy-hunting. You are rather a particle of a social organism, connected to all kind of networks that provide your energy and information, (money and human goods you need to survive) On the other hand the politics and economics of your nation and the World at large matter a lot to you, because they determine the ownership, and productive capacity of those networks of energy and information. Since you cannot do without them, those who control the social and economical networks of your country control you; and their ideologies of economics and history (politics) will determine how they will control you during the decade a head.
      When they have ideologies in favor of the Human Earth, those are good news to you, because you will have more human goods, and less lethal goods in your environment. However as the Metal-Earth grows, the opposite occurs: human goods dwindle and lethal, metal goods, from weapons to computers multiply. The company-mothers that multiply those goods, in turn control the politicians that create the system, and the citizens that receive salaries and buy goods and obey the laws of those politicians.
       In turn the combination of the economical world of products, Company-mothers and work habits, and the political world of laws, welfare systems, security and education, determine, the culture of the age. When machines, lethal goods, company-mothers and science dominate, Go(l)d culture and violent attitudes dominate; when human goods and social policies dominate, humanism and art, and social love, and love for nature substitutes love for war, technology and science.
      Let us put the case of the last decades. If we have a look to our past decades, we can clearly divide them in two tendencies, the 60s and 70s, the 'left wing, social, humanistic decades', constructed around human goods, and Human ethics and aesthetics, and the 80s and 90s, the 'right wing, individualistic, technological decades'.
      Not surprisingly the shift from one society to the other closely resembles the basic swing of cultural tendency we have observed in all our organic civilizations throughout history. It is a pendulum law that we have called The paradox of History, that moves periodically history from, 'right wing to left wing ideals' (What are political parties?), from individualistic materialistic attitudes, to social ideals - a shift that changes also the parties in power, and the economical, political and cultural attitudes of the people in our societies.
      Indeed the Paradox of History, might at first seem only a cycle of economics and politics. Yet the Metal-Earth Vs Carbo-Earth economical/political cycle soon expands to all other fields of human existence, specially to our culture, and working/consuming habits, molding the character, reaction, behavior, wealth and lives of the citizens of the world - from what they consume, to how they think, or how they entertain themselves or educate their children; even to how we die, in wars and holocausts brought about by lethal metal-products, or in peaceful beds.
      So we have a first clear indication of what is the cause of our change of attitudes from decade to decade: the paradox of history that confronts two ways of perceiving progress - the right wing attitude that confuses human progress with technological progress, and the evolution of machines that bring profits to company-mothers, with the evolution of mankind.
      Facing that attitude the socialist thinkers, the people who worship human goods, from luxury clothing, to art, from good housing to holidays, from food, to education, represent the other side of the pendulum, of the paradox of History: progress for the human kind.
      A pendulum has been swinging not for decades but for centuries. We could in fact look a little bit backwards and realize that the 40s and 50s just before the humanistic decades of the 60s-70s, were again a shift in the pendulum towards intellectual censorship epitomized by fascism and McCarthyism and technological worship (to the point of solving conflicts through a massive technological war, not through social dialog and diplomacy).
      Should we then infer that the pendulum will bring in the 2000s, a revivalism of hippies, ecologism, socialism, and anti-technological movements?
       We might, but if we are more rigorous we realize soon that the Paradox of History is in fact part of a wider Historic and bio-economic cycle, the cycle of 80-90 years, to which we have to look to know exactly the decade tendencies ahead. The concept of a decade is a mere journalistic, easy to remember tool. It is truth that we moved from the technological age of war in the 30s-50s, to the social age of love in the 60s-70s, and now back again in the 80s-2000s to the technological age of renewed conflict, violence and wild capitalism. Yet we have apparently no hint on when this Pendulum movement is going to end. Or do we?


      Our 2000 decade is the last decade of a long historic and economic cycle.

      Don't worry though, again the cycles of bio-economics and bio-history come into our help... Unlike current economists, historians and sociologists who have been wondering about the nature of our decade in the past years, in all kind of media, with more or less depth of thought, and have utterly failed to make a serious convincing prediction, we can face that task, because we have the needed tools of a science. We know both the cycles of history and economics, their periodicity, causes and consequences. We can study previous cycles parallel to the present cycle of history, and compare decades...
      For one thing. As we said, that 'short wave' of up and down movements caused by the paradox of History, in social, economical and political attitudes. That swinging wave that we have labeled as 'the 60s and 70s, or the 80 and 90 decades' are also part of a longer wave in History. All short waves tend to form part of long waves, from the ripples of the sea, to the waves of time, that structure history.
      And the long wave to which the decades' pendulum belong is by far the best known wave of Economics and history.
      What those waves of Industrial Evolution and reproduction of machines have to tell us is complex, but we have explained it in great detail in this issue. So you know where we stand: at the age of an era of massive reproduction of machines, metal-heads, that have saturated our environment. Such is their number that they have over populated our planet and the company-mothers that make those machines have now great difficulties finding uses for them. So they do not have as big profits as they had in the 90s. What they still have is the capacity to manufacture money for free in the stock-market. And they are doing so, creating money which has no real backing in as much as those companies cannot make and sell so many machines. The result is an age of speculation and free money, irresponsible made in stock-markets. An age in which people spend freely even more than in the past, but also on the edge of a collapse, as the real economy and the financial economy diverge. So we are going to witness another happy 20s and tragic 30s, with their known phases of happy speculation, crashes, final collapse of the industries of metal-heads, and subsequent military lobism to sell those machines as weapons.


      Concentrating on the next years.

      We have studied in this issue those 3 decades from 2000 to 2030 that signify the end of the II Industrial Evolution together, stressing more the late decades that after the Economical crash of 12008, will bring social unrest, massive civil strife, poverty and warfare. You might think this is looking too ahead. Yet our intention is to motivate a reflection on the future that matters. And so we have jumped ahead. What about this decade we are in? The happy 20-00s. Well they are going to be as the happy 20s, an age of fiction, moral decadence, search for happiness and massive consume as the 2001=1921 crisis recedes and the Republican presidency accelerates further speculation and destruction of the American social tissue. It is then to be expected that all the elements of the 20s will happen again:

      - A social differentiation between the wealthiest and the poorest, with the destruction of the middle class, as all wealth is measured in stock-money, which the poor lack.
      - A massive occultation of that poverty. The billions that barely survive will be hidden by fiction, entertainment, not "bread" but a lot of "circus", till nobody knows they exist, and we all believe the happy 20-00s arrive to all of us.
      - A total decadence of moral values, family values, social values, ethic bondage, that could oppose the growth of speculation, consume and the likeness for lethal non-human weapons (such as the first robots that will invade the homes of the wealthy).
      - Complete Lobism and simplification of political messages. Our politicians will look more and more lime Mr. Blair, handsome, smiley, vain men, in tune with the ari-stockracy of the age.
      - A total indifference to verbal, ethic, moral, temporal messages. People will live day by day, erased as Neo-Paleolithic image men, of all temporal, survival content. They will become 'Brazilians', "Californians' in character. Happiness, fun, bodies, sexual activities will be stressed over, truth, responsibility, brains, social love. Beauty will extend and the Californio type will invade all societies, as it has already done with most of America and Europe.
      - Cultural shallowness. Culture becomes consume, and we will increase consume and free time, as computers take over all our activities. We will become emptied of force and content, puppets of the system, happy pigs of the metal-farm.
      - Cynicism, irony, humor, comedy, baroque art will reign supreme among the majority.
      - A minority however will decide for the marketing symbols of social revivalism, the new wave, the energy meditating state. Oriental philosophies that soothe you in front of death, such as Buddhism will keep growing, and fusion with external, Hubble-like image science. All of them will lack substance, and the real process of classic oriental thinking (to arrive through perception and enhancing pain, to the understanding of the no-ego, of the dissolving effect of Nirvana into the fluctuating yin-yang, information-energy Universe). The vanalization of the old hippie movement now a fashion of the mind will spread to all places.
      - People will travel constantly but as tourists no longer as travelers, increasing the demand for planes, as airports become automated systems ruled by computers, and the entire World erases under the Influence (of TV-thought) all previous cultures. So easy is that system essayed first time with TVs in America to crash the 60s revolution, reconverted in TVs, to a mob of rioting blacks, that now is already working fine with the Anti-Globalization movement... With minimal effort, delegating work our stocrats could happily see how they dominate human resistance to the incoming Holocaust from his palaces and cultural events.
      - Culture will be image culture and grow in accordance. Artists with only aesthetic concerns will dominate. Fashion reigns supreme.
      In this manner the happy 20-00s will seem happy as every resistance of man to the III Industrial Evolution, recedes. In the 20s the same shallowness and renewed passion for fiction (then films and sports) allowed the growing corruption of the system that once exploded woke up the happy 20s into the ominous 30s.
      As the 2008 crisis looms ahead, this attitude of 'denial', will grow accordingly. The day all blows up and NASDAQ explodes, and the dollar shrinks, all will appear as an amazing surprise, even if bioeconomist writers have been talking about it since the earlier 90s. What has happened will all our Masters of the Universe repeat themselves? How this was possible? How we were so blind? How could not see the signs coming?       Religions will exist as long as humans exist: they are the foundation of social evolution.

      Revivalism is the way a social, human religion shows its inner force when his civilization dies away conquered by the eco(nomic)system in any of its 3 basic forms: a war ecosystem, a go(l)d ecosystem, and an Industrial ecosystem. A religion is about words, the language and nervous system of a human organism, which in the form of ethics allows easy communication among the social cells, in harmony, constructing a collective God, a macro-social being - the religion, that unifies collective minds through verbal ethics. Yet when weapons or money, or digital science substitute the religion, verbal thought and ethics becomes cornered. It enter in a situation of collective hysteria, of anger, of fear, of dramatism. Individuals no longer trust ethically other individuals, and the communication between the believers is substituted by the need of connection between the cellular believer and the central 'collective brain', the social God. For that reason the estrange phenomena of revivalism happens in the agonizing moment of a civilization, as their Gods die. Revivalism in Indian religions happened during the Ghost dances of the late XIX century, ended with the massacre of Indian believers by the American army. Revivalism in Catholic Christianity happened during the Italian and Spanish baroque that for centuries kept the inner mysticism of the social believers with God. Revivalism in the few non-corrupted Protestant sects, that had not destroyed the social God with the Go(l)d message of 'anti-Christ' Calvin, happened at the end of each cycle of the Industrial Evolution, precisely when people suffered more the consequences of a machine-eat-man society. So we are now when metal-minds have attacked for so long with Go(l)d beliefs the basics of human ethics, a new age of revivalism. During the mild, consumer ipoque of our new Gods - the TV put in the old altar each home reserved to his human Gods - we were happy with our new beliefs that substituted with technological and Gold idols, verbal ethics. In the third age however those 'fruits of the tree of science' are no longer positive but show their Darwinian nature. Machines that were consumed now become weapons. Metal-heads that entertained, now destroy human values and promote violence. Economical wealth, the totem of Go(l)d believers, proves itself destructive of the Human and Natural ecosystem. So the common citizen which is not profiting for the speculative wave, no longer believes digital numbers, statistics, prices, monetary values...
      Where to find refuge to the destruction of the social tissue, to the collapse of the Golden idols upon which the now decaying civilization was built?
      In other, non-technological expression of the collective consciousness, in art and religion. Yet it has been too long since we killed our Gods, and put those TVs on the altar. So we have degenerated in our capacity to understand in a bio-logical, social ethic way our religion. We are now image people, external, in the neo-paleolithic of null verbal understanding, erased by decades of shallow TVs.
      So as in other third ages of an economical-historical cycle our attitude towards verbal religion becomes baroque, confuse, often hysterical. As the economic and historic system collapses, the people do not take verbal religion in a classic manner - how can they if religion has been bastardized, brutalized, converted into an inquisition or Go(l)d religion previously, by the sheer force of the economic languages of power - money and weapons? So Revivalism, Fundamentalism, ritualism, violence against those who 'killed our Gods', becomes the new trade mark of religion in our times. Christian fundamentalists kill doctors who abort. Muslim fundamentalists attack the embassies of the nation symbol of the Go(l)d civilizations, Jewish zealots stone discos in Tel-Aviv where words are distorted by metal-heads, confusing human brains, Bhuddist fundamentalists foresee the End of the World in Japan and throw lethal gases on the subways, on the belly of the economical beast. Revivalism in this manner frightens the Masters of the Economic Universe, which trench off and use methodical repression against the enemies of Go(l)d. You cannot serve two Gods, the Human Word and digital money, is behind the fight between religions and science, religions and economics, human believers and Gold believers. As always has happened those fundamentalists are highlighted by the TV-mass Media rival system of information, as to discharge the entire revivalist movement, in which they are a minority. Nothing is said about the Muslim Brothers building hospitals, about the Catholic missionaries fighting for Africa, about the Methodist help to the American poor...
      After all a religion is always a religion, in which words become sacred, solidarity among the believers help to survive in an age of scarcity of human goods, and the souls of men feel that magic sensation of mystique bonding with other souls, that we call in bio-history, the spirit of a Human God.
      Yet Revivalism will not be enough to change the World, since Human believers are fragile, and divided, even when all of them pray to the same God: the wor(l)d of man.
      if those revivalist movements could overcome the dramatic perception of religion, and maintain the logic, rational, bio-logical vision of God, and ally themselves instead of confronting cults which all refer finally to the same God of History, their capacity to influence positively the bio-economical events of the third age-cycle (namely war, and death) would be greatly enhanced. Witness the case of two brother religions that had been in good terms for millennia, Judaism and Islam, who share many prophets and many mandates... who preach to the same God.
      Should not they understand that what kill their religion is the Go(l)ds of TVs, and weapons, the inquisitions that attack the messages of Moses and Mhmd, and work together as the bonding element of a peace in the Middle East? Yet religions have long been corrupted by Go(l)d rituals, and Yihads, so instead they hate each other, and their priests throw their people into each other's throats. In this manner religions become in a sense puppets of the militaristic groups that rule those nations. And those who less sense of social love have, the politicians and commanders of the economic nations, are the ones that most often quote God.
      Not to hurt any sensibility we could bring here the little known case of the "Church of the Verb", in Guatemala, whose believer, Rios Montt, became president and started a massive slaughter of peasants confronting the big land-holders. The word "desaparecido=missing" was coined then. Tens of thousands died to the hands of a man that used the word God as Americans use the word "I".
      How much better it would be that the present revivalism, more in the attitude promoted today only by the Catholic church, and the Dalai Lama, would come together, and recognize that each prophet merely has explained within the particularities of the people of his culture, the same message of God. Since after all the 3 great prophets of Western religion study the same macro-social being, God=Man (as opposed to eastern religions that study God=Universe). For them men as top predators of human history are God. Moses, Christ, and Mhmd, have always acknowledge to be preying to that very same God of Mankind... As all men should do under the laws of survival of that bigger God, the Universe...
      If that 'miracle of religious rationality' could happen, and those religious leaders could understand again the semantics of our common Human God, religion instead of being another factor ab=used by violent mass-media and warrior cultures to provoke hate and war, could be the bridge towards peace, and a revival of the ethic words of humanistic religions, all in favor of social charity, solidarity, respect for nature and the carbolife paradise, and opposition to the lethal goods of the Tree of science. Let us indeed pray to the God of Man, through any of His cultural prophets, sons of God, sons of the Wor(l)d.

Angered by extinction, yet hopeful that it can be avoided, they might be naive, or might not. After all in front of death, all rebel, even those who now rebellion is impossible. Yet it is impossible? Depends of course of the Masters of the Universe, the Stockrats of the world. If they listen, survival is possible. If they work as usual to repress this and other movements that will come as extinction becomes more obvious, survival will not take place for all of us, for all of them, for the human species. So far in the boardrooms, the Masters of the Universe have decided to kill and die for the machine. The Anti-Globalization, the anti-Metalearth movement has been condemned. The Masters of the Universe, exaggerating its danger for the system, have engaged the Metal-minds, in their discredit. Often now the press mixes the words Activist and Terrorist, highlights the few violent who break windows, talks of those "new hippies", affirms that the Metal-Earth, Globalization, is unavoidable. Indeed, if so they want, Globalization, The Metal-earth will happen, and they and us will be dinosaurs of the past....
      Yet if they do not want to happen, a Human World is possible. It is up to them. Since only those who rule the world may change it.
     Who are they you might wonder? In a world ruled by Company-mothers, obviously those who have the 50%. Yet there is anyone with that 50%, that majority, hence able through its monopoly of money to control politicians, laws, mass-media and culture, to program mankind? Indeed, there is one, but he is not one name, he is a culture, of many men, which act under the same ideals, as a single person, and create a critique mass that constantly cre(dit)ates the future.
      That culture is the Go(l)d culture of the West, born in Jericho maybe 10.000 years ago, then inherited by Phoenicians, Jewish, Protestants, Economists, and finally all our politicians, scientists and entrepreneurs. A culture full of errors and misconceptions, who blindly believes in Gold and let's money multiply and become the language of information of this planet. And as such, metal-gold develops a new organism, the Metal-earth... under the laws of evolution of any Universal organism.
      That simple and that complex. A culture that obeys money, creates money, which in turn, creates an economy based in the values of money, opposed to the values of man, which becomes extinguished.


      Who controls the world? The creator of money, the cre[dit]ator of the future.

      The government of humankind is the elite of company-mothers and stockrats. They invent money for free, without legal responsibility, backed by corrupted governments. Who are they? The same people who invented the first companies in Amsterdam are still in control today of more than 50% of the capital of the world. This proves that nothing has changed. The power remains in the same hands. These stockrats govern the world; but as with all black holes of 'power at distance,' they do not like to acknowledge it, and so they hide behind 'political masks.'
      It is clear that in all Universal ecosystems, information creates energy. Hence the responsibility of creation of The future on Earth exists through the informative organ of modern man - money. The worker and the consumer follow monetary orders. The absolute responsibility of our future is in the hands of the banks, stock markets and treasure departments that create money. Of them all, the stockrats are the faster inventors of money to which banks and governments become submissive. They use electronic money to wield power. However, stockrats generally deny that responsibility: the Law of Anonymous societies protects them from any legal liability. They can enjoy power without responsibility, they merely look at their work in abstract terms, as a search for profits.

The wave of money and machines (Informative and physical economy) creates two kind of specialized Gold-informative and iron-physical cultures that have perpetuated the evolution of money and machines, still in the same hands that all previous radiations of weapons and money in History. In those cultures about 400 great share holders control 150% of World-stock. And through the waves of new money they invent) in World-stock they control infinite other human beings (with bribes, lobism, salaries, prices wages. They, and the politicians and legal systems that support them, which were constructed in the past 400 years to favor companies, are the real government of the Wor[l]d, They are the last unified concentration of power, which still thinks in human flesh. It is in their hands is to save history, or they too will sink with it. We will call them the 400 people. To them belongs the cre[dit]ation of their nations, the top predator metal nations of the scientific age, that control the codifying money organs of the Metal-earth.
      Yet since most nations in the graph belong to the same Old Testament culture that made Gold of God, they have cre(dit)ated the wrong culture, a culture full of myths and fantasies of human power, of human Chosen of Gold without responsibility to the planet, without need to obey the real Laws of The Universe, the Laws of Evolution.
      And that huge mistake - their wrong beliefs in primitive ideologies of History, economics, mankind and nature - is the main cause of our collective destruction. It is not a problem that some rule. In all Organisms there is a hierarchical system of power with information cells, neurons at the head. The problem comes when neurons become crazy, and no longer see reality as it is. When they live in fiction, in fantasy, with wrong ideas. Then the Universe puts the organism in its place and merely kills it, because it is not fit to survive.


      A primitive ideology not fit to survive in a complex Universe

      And indeed, strong as it sounds, the primitive, not evolving ideologies of Go[l]d religions, of one Adam Smith, born 200 years ago, of one Galilee, born 400 years ago, of one constitution created by slave farmers, and so many other obsolete ideologies of our stockrats, is the main cause of our collective extinction. All what the rest of the world ask them is to recognize that they rule, to take the responsibility, and to change rationally their ideas for the best possible ideas, fit to rule the world in the best possible way for the collective organism of mankind. To become fit neurons, to do a good job. We don't care who they are, their individual names, their history, their past errors. We just want them to work properly without fear, and repair this Planet, the only one we have.
      It is easy not to do so.
      With Go[l]d they can keep imposing their wrong ideologies of metal-progress, not necessarily because they are truth, but because they are backed by the power of money, weapons and mass-media information.
      The treatment that those ideologies have of all human beings, is ruled by a very few equations, that rule companies: productive humans, needed by Company-mothers are the social mass with certain human rights, as long as they do not conflict with the rights of properties. Human social groups which are not productive, or merely are no longer necessary in a world in which humans are becoming obsolete in growing quantities to machines are expendable. They are penalized by jail systems. They are killed in periodic wars. And they might be extinguished in the future.
      Our economists and stockrats forget however that under such absurd company-software computers will soon apply the same standards of 'scientific racism' to them. So they also will become expendable and also extinguished.

      I know how comfortable is to believe in Gold. Picture this: there is a magic substance that the creator of the Universe has wisely distributed over the Earth. Certain people descendants of one goat-keeper called Aaron were put here by the Creator of the Universe, to be the Master of us All, through the accumulation of the magic substance. The substance has so wonderful properties that people obey just watching it. So the best you can do is to use liberally that substance to engage people on what you want. You just don't have to wonder more about the substance, but defend his possession. All the rest will come automatically. The substance is good because is made by God, is the invisible hand of God. Just teach your sons to protect and respect the substance more than their own life and all will be fine. Program them to do it and all what there is in this world will belong to you. This is in essence what the Go(l)d culture believes. They were not far fetched 3000 years ago when Aaron put them forward, even 500 years ago, when Calvin put them forward. It was also the time in which chemistry consisted on searching for a stone that touching things would convert them in the magic substance, gold. 2 centuries later that ideology was translated by Adam Smith and Ricardo the Calvinist-Jewish believers into mathematical equations. So Aaron and Calvin became 'scientific' just because they had been put into numbers. Yet the idea had not evolved. And it was still to a certain extent possible to believe it. After all we did not even know that the magic substance, Gold, was merely 197 nucleons and electrons, with an excellent electric capacity that explained its color similar to the sun, that hypnotized our eyes that love the father sun, and could look at gold as a little sun without burning our eyes. In other words, the magic substance that Calvin, Smith, and Aaron adored, was like those glass-beans the Phoenicians and British used to cheat primitive people, like those cheap mirrors the primitives thought to hold their soul, because they reflected an image. In the pre-scientific age Metal-economics were a magic cult, for simple minds. And since most people are still simple it is still easy to hypnotize them with Gold. The Go(l)d culture was born in those premises, and has not evolved its underlying dogmas much ever since, despite all the new instruments to multiply Go(l)d, money and machines, the false, hypnotic, idolatric, wealth of nations. Now what is at work among those Go(l)d believers, is the principle of inertia. All things that move in a direction need a force to change their trajectory. So it is easy to let the Economy guided by metal to follow its trajectory. It is easy to repress those who want to evolve economics and the eco(nomic)system money rules. Otherwise our stockrats, and go(l)d believers will have to make an effort to change the present inertia towards destruction. And they are accustomed for centuries not to think too much, delegating in the hypnotic intelligence of Gold. They prefer to dedicate their lives to the pursuit of happiness, and pleasure, hypnotizing people around. It is satisfying that kind of life? Or would it be much better to work in harmony with the entire human species, trying to control for the benefit of man the substance? Think of what our stockrats do. The British mainly dedicate their time to pleasure, and to create a fantasy-culture in which they are the main characters of history, the creators of civilization, the most refined ones. They use films, and social balls, music and puppet kings to create that childish self-satisfying life. The Americans are also at it from other angle. They like to think Chosen of God, number one, the best, the most handsome, the strongest. Another fantasy, that feeds their passion for weapons and big machines. The Jewish are trying to build even a more bizarre fantasy: to reconstruct the civilization not of their founding father Moses, or any of their great ethic prophets, but the man that corrupted it all, Aaron, with his ritualistic dogmas, and Go(l)d temple. So they are now fighting a war that might cause a global massacre to get back some stones from that old Go(l)d temple... when there are Jewish people of the category of Moses, Jesus, or the Socialist philosophers of the XX C. to follow (as millions of them had done throughout history), now they have chosen Aaron, the worst of all their prophets, and are trying to create a pre-historic garden in the middle of the desert, isolated from all, and yet in command of most of the wealth of this planet, as if nobody is going to care that absurd mismanagement of global power for an absurd goal. The goals of our stockrats are indeed as baroque as the ideologies of Adam Smith that guides them. And that is why we will become extinguish. The Universe is intelligent and selective. And it expects from the species and organisms it lets live, a certain degree of work, intelligence, social evolution, symbiotism, and responsibility. Childish fantasies, egotistic trips, absurd beliefs, infantile ideologies, are not up to the stakes involved in survival. Since there are many kind of atoms that can create living beings, many kind of sophisticated species that will occupy your place, many people who think much more.


      Can you learn from those who love to r=evolve?

      The sorrow situation of America, Great Britain and Israel, today, despite the enormous privileges of those who rule such nations, regarding wealth, the rights to invent money for free, the power of their weapons and machines... is a lacerating prove that an absurd infantile ideology, and a non-worth-to-die-for goal gets nowhere. Those countries are in shambles. They are a real mess, because the ideologies of the Gold cultures that rule them are a mess, are plainly ridiculous. Can those who rule us have a little bit less of arrogance and infantilism, and grow up, and act up now, and take the matter of controlling the Earth seriously? If they could look outside their Golden towers, they would realize that the rest of us are hard-working, intelligent people, eager to help them to rule this world. Can they sack all those primitive economists and fundamentalist Historian-priests and evolve the sciences needed to guide the world, history and economics? Or are they going to be childish, irrational elephants with a big stick, and entertain themselves crashing it all, including us, those who truly want to help them, the Europeans, the ecologist movement, the scholars of History and real economics, the mature civilizations of this planet? Deep in their hearts they know we are right. They might laugh at Europe, they might still want revenge because we throw them out of continental Europe, in the XVII C. (Calvinism) and in a far more brutal way in the XX C. Yes we did wrong. But a wrong does not justify other wrong. And after all we are in the same boat. We want all deep in our hearts to survive. Conceded, the French and the Spanish threw out to the islands the Calvinist movement. But please, we had had the Renaissance, we had a sophisticated culture, we were not going to let our countries be ruled by a childish, primitive doctrine, and adore golden calves, and repress our human will. In the XX century the Germans, another rather primitive culture based in iron and war massacred the Jewish people. Yet they were not us, the sophisticated social Europe of France, Italy and Spain. Why they confuse us all? We don't kill people as a sport, even if we know how to fight. The heart of the most civlized culture today, those 3 nations, with the biggest number of tourists, the best level of IHD (human development wealth), the biggest quantity of human goods, is eager to teach the Gold culture some reason, to make them grow up. If the gold culture could be less childish, less arrogant, less revengeful, less proud, if it could listen to us... if it could learn... That's all what the bioeconomists, an organ of that culture has to say. Please, learn rationally about history and economics, r=evolve, evolve, don't hide the head in the ostrich hole, dont be stubborn as a mule, reflect, learn, grow up, be=come.
      To be or not to be, that is indeed your question.

       Which will be solved in a decade, because after the 2001=1921 crisis there is still a window of 8 years before the market gets totally out of control, Artificial Intelligence becomes a player, Matrix is constructed, the Star war systems gives to satellites beyond human reach control of atomic depots, the internet isolates mankind as the nervous system isolates cells, Atomic bombs become so cheap that atomic terrorism appears and the process of neo-fascism takes control and represses even those peaceful scholars that write this magazine. Then even if the Gold culture decides to Be, it will be late. Because there is a time to live and a time to eviL=die. Then it will be again the time to die. And reason no longer will guide the acts of people frightened by economical crisis, violent groups, menacing Robots, unemployment, lack of human goods, and basic resources. Then it will be all against all, dog-eat-dog, take your Uzi and go to the store...
      Because what metalmasters never understood of the process of Globalization, of creation of the Metal-earth is that they too will become obsolete, because they are not made of iron and Go[l]d. So when the real metalife is put together - the iron body of the machine and the virtual flows of electrons that flux so easily through Go[l]d - the real Iron man, the robot, will dismiss them, as they dismiss Carbolife, without a flinch of the eye, without much effort.
      Indeed when the Metal earth is born the industrial farm will be closed. And the new top predator machine will hunt our elites.
      Today man is easily programmed with TV-thought that substitutes verbal thought, with e-money that substitutes physical currency, and with atomic bombs, planes and police that substitute the warrior hordes.


      Repression is easy, but we are not the enemy

      Today our elite controls all those powerful metal-systems against which our youngsters in the Anti-Globalization movement can do nothing.
      So our elite is happy. They feel in control like the Roman with his praetorian guard, the Caliph with his Turkish guard, the Emperor with his Germans on this side of the border, the Middle Kingdom with his Mongolians allies. All have their warrior slaves well programmed by money, to crunch all resistance. So they think. In true form a 'satelleye'=satellite programs the mass of humans, as the brain programs its cells with waves of nervous impulse. Yet who will program the satelleye, who will program the increasingly sentient weapons of the American army in the future; once they become sentient, intelligent as the Praetorians and Turkish guards became? Who will fight them once they decide to fight for existence, with the same rights of all species of the Universe?
      Not certainly our Youngsters crashed in their hopes today. Not certainly our elites too weak to face the real Iron men. Who will then calculate and distribute the growing flows of e-money controlled by software programs? Suddenly the billions will become zeros and the cashiers will no longer work. The metal-earth, when Globalization is completed will take over. And then the capital will no longer belong neither to the proletariat, not to the capitalist, but to the machine itself. It is bond to happen that as our elites become lazier and our poor and youngster fight for survival with more desperation, the short-lived Masters of the Universe, will engage metal-armies in their defense, will let software programs to run automated factories, will merely feed on cash and enjoy life without effort. They will believe then to be Gold Chosen, but the Universe has never fed those who do not fight for survival, those who do not work for a living.
      Computers are reaching total power. Humans only give little orders to computers with key buttons. When complexity of computer networks crosses the threshold of consciousness, those orders will not be accepted.
      We call such point the point of reversal of times, the Judgment day, the point of extinction.
      The slaughter day, the market day for the human farm.
      However before that day those who control the world, our stocrats, could stop the extinction of man, after than day, nobody will be able to do it.
      We know how easy is to eliminate those youngsters. It has been proved many times since the first Hippies rebelled in the 60s. You just televise the r=evolution, choosing the violent to scare the masses. You change their message. You accuse them of Anti-American, of Anti-Semitism (never mind that many of those who protest tend to be Jewish-Americans... trying to solve the problems of their nation and culture - of course you escape that small detail.)
      Then you increase police repression. You get some plain-cloth policemen inside the movement to cause even more violence. You accuse them. You jail and kill a few of them. You stop distribution of their ideas. You become the savior of peace. In the Age of metal-minds those systems of social repression have been essayed once and again and they work. They were essayed in the first wave of fascism in the 20s. They were essayed in the Human rights movements of the 60s. Now they are essayed in the anti-Metal earth movement... No doubt they will succeed. A few corpses and the silence will spread. Of course the result will come soon. After fascism repressed the social movement the market crashed, poverty spread, the mass learnt to hate, and The industrial evolution of bodies of machines brought the II World war, and the Holocaust. After the 60s movement was crashed, the chip came, and World entered overproduction of metal-minds, which have degraded the human mass into a violent, selfish, neo-paleolithic species. Pollution multiplied, poverty spread, people who wanted to love their politicians and economical power learnt to hate them, Religions rebelled, Fundamentalism came, degradation of food and health-care brought new endemic sickness from Aids to tuberculosis, from mad cow diseases to brainless children in the Mexican-American border. And we are only in the beginning.
      Never mind The future, let's go for business. Companies have polled resources to limit freedom of expression in the net, to create black lists with the activist, maybe for future harder measures (our e-mails are now routinely deviated to an unknown agency). All this is easy to do indeed, the repression of the few activists left in the world will be a total success. The anti-globalization movement will die and the Metal-earth will be born. Would then the Masters of the Universe sleep happily. Unfortunately not, because they forgot a small problem, the reason why it is going to be so easy if they wish to eliminate the anti-Metalearth movement: We are not the enemy that will destroy them. We are the only people that can help them, that know what is going on.
      They are missing the target, they are fighting windmills... The giants, the monsters, the criminals, those who will kill them are not the peaceful youngsters, the wise historians, the bio-economists with solutions to the absurd economical policies of the world. The enemy is within. Their machine idols, the false Go(l)ds, the absurd theories about history and economics they believe is their enemy, or rather the enemy of those other youngsters, their grand-sons, that enjoy the pleasures of wealth as the sons of the mass protest. Those idols, those Go(l)ds will kill them, no us. We don't carry weapons, we don't talk violence, we don't want violence, we want peace, we want survival. Big problem indeed to find the enemy in your own mind, in your own theories about reality. But that is the Universe, a hard place, only for the truly intelligent people who understand its laws of Evolution. If you play them well you survive, if not you become extinct. The Masters of the Universe forgot that. They have a Master over them. The laws of the Game of existence, the laws of social survival, and those laws, they cannot defeat, they cannot deny.
      Unfortunately Go[l]d religions have denied always those laws, and the Universe has paid them back with wars and Holocausts, with murder and corruption, with the destruction of the planet.
      Go(l)d religions that have made of the tree of science, of money, the only goal of mankind, make them work unending hours in the destruction of our planet and themselves. Yet the Masters do not realize, since they are indoctrinated by cultures that repress human senses and human will. If their efforts were guided by the Laws of the Universe, the results would be very different. A human paradise would exist for generations to come... Now chances are that their grand-sons will be also in a few decades in the other side of the protest. And their place would be occupied by autonomous machines, software programs of human extermination, and robots, New Masters of the New Brave World.
      One thing is clear, if the solution to our problems will take place, it would have to come from those which are now repressing us. We don't ask them a lot. Only to learn the kind of life all men desire and reproduce and sell those goods for a profit: food, love, yachts like this one in which I am enjoying the pleasures of human life. If they could realize that producing those goods, such as excellent food, excellent books, five star hotels, golf courses, and good hospitals to take care of them and all the other people their fortunes command, if they wanted to survive, and have grand-sons who reach a future age of love, not of war, they could indeed change the world, with far less effort they dedicate to destroy it.
     Indeed, since if they wanted to save the world and profit from it, all of us would help. So they would not have to fight mankind at large, protect themselves of the lethal weapons their factories pour, live secluded in their palaces and planes, but actually they would be very popular, heroes of the humankind, and their grand sons would keep enjoying those yachts and hotels, those pleasures all men could enjoy in an ethonomy.
      Indeed, if they wish however they can change the world, changing the way they control the economy.
      To do so the richest people of the world in control of 150% of world stocks [around 400 people] should work as a single organism, transforming the ecosystem of economics, into an ecosystem that puts human rights over the rights of the machines.
      To minimize costs, I have designed the best way to implement such ecosystem.
      What I call 'Ethonomics', an economic model that could assure at minimal cost the change of ecosystem.
      The period to do so however is short. Because once the robotic radiation of weapons start, there will be nothing to do. I believe this can happen within decades.
      What they, and their political friends and employees should do is to control legally the world stock-market and companies system, from a new institution that we might call the 'wor[l]d' union, a world that works together to re-establish the power of human words and worlds, over machines and digital numbers.
      Yet to do so they have to change Go(l)ds for human Gods, hate and revenge for love and forgiveness, arrogance for humility, defiance to the Laws of God=The Universe, for submission to them. Difficult I know.


      Look at your youngsters. Give them a future.

      The enemy is indeed within. It is a culture, the culture of Go(l)d and technological science, the culture of Animetals. Problem is those who rule us, have no much sense of self-criticism. They are surrounded by vanity advisors. They prefer simple thinking and simple solutions to enjoy their wealth. And that indeed is the biggest of all sins against the laws of the Universe, the first capital sin of the Old Western religions: arrogance. God, the laws of the Universe, do not tolerate arrogance. He is the only one we all obey, or else... If they could learn the real laws of god, if they could belief in man... not only in themselves. Am I dreaming? Perhaps, but life is such a beautiful dream, many of us will not forget that dream till R=evolution comes and the dream be=comes real. What can we loose? Our lives, right. Not so important though as we get old. While I write I look to a child of hardly 2 years... Jean, John, Juanito... He trusts me, as I believe the grandsons of the Masters of the Universe trust their granddads. I think he will never reach my age. I feel guilty for that. If the masters of the Universe could also feel guilty looking at their grandsons... the purity of those eyes. Their illusion for life. Their natural love to all what surrounds them... That is your only future. Are not those eyes worth more than the 197 nucleons of a go(l)d stone? Think about that. It could be a good start.
