Lobism: The Dictators Of Democracies

      What creates The future of the Earth?
      The languages of information of our societies, which are two, words (laws, religious codes, ethics) and money (that controls people with salaries, bribes, profits and prices).
      In general this means there are two organs of social power that create the future, company-mothers which invent money in stock-markets, and governments which invent laws.
      The first are the main organizations of the economic ecosystem. Governments are the main organism of history, of mankind. Yet since both organisms have different goals and cater to different species - the Metal Earth and the Carbo-Earth - we can talk of the alternation of power between economics and history, between company-mothers whose aim is to evolve and reproduce their products, their machines, and governments of human societies whose aim is to evolve and re=produce human goods and human beings.
      Who will rule the planet depends on which language is more powerful to control people's actions, money and words. It seems clear that money with his hypnotic qualities controls easily the most simple human beings, whose intelligence is visual, spatial, direct, without much verbal thinking. On the other hand words control the best men, the ethic, logic, intelligent, verbal, social, temporal human beings... which are less in number than those controlled by sight, and monetary hypnotism. All this means that the Metal-Earth and his company-mothers, guided by monetary laws tend to control governments that use words and laws, unless governments have also the privilege of inventing money and giving orders to mankind with money. This has been clear to social scientists and so politicians for many centuries governments could handle both languages and control also in parliaments the creation and reproduction of money. In this manner humans could control machines for their benefit, and the carbo-earth was as it should be from the perspective of mankind, dominant over the Metal-earth. The tragedy of modern democracies, is that such dual power of governments chosen by the people is over. Today governments cannot reproduce money. And this means they are at the mercy of the more powerful language, that controls more humans, and the company-mothers who have now the exclusive rights to mint money. They control us through prices, wages, bribes, and make of us, mankind mere consumers=testers of machines and workers=reproducers of machines. This new age of false democracies, controlled by company-mothers, is what we call 'Lobism' (a simplification of the word Lobbyism) a political system different from a democracy, in which company-mothers become the dictators of democracies, the dictators of laws and the cre(dit)ators of The future. It is all that simple. Credit - the capacity to invent money, allows to give orders of work that create realty - the future. So company-mothers credit and create with money the future. While governments can only give legal orders that nobody obey, and most often create legal orders 'credited' by company-mothers who pay and bribe politicians. The result is that the world is upside down. Instead of having as in a real democracy governments chosen by the people, that under the mandate of the people create laws, and control the reproduction of money to make those laws real, and cre(dit)ate the mandates and wishes of the population , we have a dictatorship of company-mothers that create money, and with money cre(dit)ate laws to shape a future to the image and resemblance of machines - The Metal-earth.
      So now since Lobism became the system of power in democracies, the Carbo-Earth becomes submissive to The Metal-earth, man becomes submissive to machines, and laws to money.
      Today we live in an age in which company-mothers control governments. Governments cannot invent money (deficit zero laws), depending on Companies to pay their bills. So both work together to impose the Metal-earth, the will of machines. And all other social groups obey. Such political system is what we will call "Lobism".
      Lobism is very old. In fact modern democracies in the Anglo-Saxon world are all based in Lobism, since company-mothers of gunboats in Amsterdam created the first corrupted democracies in the XVII centuries. Only the French who based their democracy in a social r=evolution are partially able to distinguish between a real democracy based in the rights of human beings, and a corrupted Lobbyist system of democracy, based in the rights of company-mothers.
      Since the Anglo-Saxon system of democracies, Lobism has triumphed and expanded even in the continental European nations that based their democracies in Social Evolution, and human rights. This is the process of globalization: the destruction of social democracies by Lobism which unified through a worldwide net of stock-markets reproducing money at a speed never witnessed before, are erasing all social human rights, bribing all governments, controlling all outlets of verbal information, and pushing mankind towards self-destruction, making of machines and company-mothers, the only rulers and important beings of reality.
      So a billion human beings live with a dollar, without food, sick, in total poverty, while all computers have their daily diet of clean electric energy. To company-mothers that billion of human beings is not important. Its machines are.


      The company-mother the predator element of the new world

      Indeed, problem with lobism and the rule of company-mothers is that the company is not a human organism even if it uses humans in its tasks of reproduction, extracting from them energy-work and information-functions that are copied into machines. The Top Predator companies, the bulk of the Fortune 500 are organisms of reproduction of metal-species. It has always been so, since the first Company V.O.C., the Dutch West Indies Company, reproducer of gunboats - appeared, and corrupted the Dutch democracy, exporting latter in the century Lobism to America (founding New Amsterdam=New York) and England, (buying the English parliament for his Dutch king that became in 1688, the British King and imposed Lobism in Great Britain).
      V.O.C. invented the modern world of economical nations, and economical wars. Today millions of companies have diversified metal products and cre[dit]ated our present world. Within those organisms, and the ecosystem companies have molded to "their image," men exist, fight for survival information [money], and give their energy as "enzymen." Reality has never been the same after the company-mother backed by its war-products, its gunboats appeared.
       In fact ever since most of the history of democracies is a history of Lobism, with brief periods of popular power.


      War and peace Lobism.

      The result of Lobism is obvious: societies live in an age of total Lobism that only cater the needs and will of company-mothers. From a practical point of view this means that politicians legislate for machines not for human beings, trying to create laws that foster the reproduction and evolution of machines. Human rights dwindle, and the ideologies of machines (technological science=progress= economical growth) become dominant.
       Then societies become obsessed by those machines, their consume, reproduction and evolution.
       Problem is that some of those machines are lethal to mankind, and so as we obey the will of company-mothers and reproduce those lethal machines, our societies suffer the consequences of their lethality - war.
       Lobism as a political system means that the company-mothers who have more profits have more power. They control the system of credit and bribe politicians, and buy laws in favor of his products. So Lobism gives power to the companies of higher profits, often those whose products have higher prices - weapons and information technology, at any age of The industrial evolution.
       So Lobism imposes Weapons and technology, war and science, and the culture of violence that helps war in which we live. It makes men submissive to the Go(l)d of profits, the God of company-mothers, and the evolution and reproduction of machines that cause such profits. Men no longer interfere with the evolution of the economy, with the Industrial Evolution, and so the laws that rule reality become the laws of the Evolution of species applied to the evolution of machines to which societies through the power of company-mothers submit. What are those laws of evolution of machines that rule us all in a world of Lobism?


      The law of top predator machines, rule us through Lobism.

      A very frightening law: the law of reproduction, saturation and diversification of top predator species. In Lobism company-mothers and machines become the social top predators, the species we care more for, instead of human beings, as it should be in a real democracy. So we do not control the species of machines, but allow them to exist in all its biological diversity. Problem is that machines as any bio-logical species has two kind of forms: top predator forms, and peaceful species. In a world ruled by man, top predator lethal machines would be systematically forbidden, its company-mothers denied credit, and as machines that kill or destroy our brains (weapons, rival chip-brains), they will be considered enemies of mankind, and become extinguished. In a world ruled by Lobism and machines, the opposite happens: those humans or societies who defend mankind against machines, who do not help the reproduction and evolution of machines (as workers or consumers) are repressed, ignored by company-mothers of information, and if they truly attack lobism as a social nation, or do not care for machines, eliminated by legal systems of repression - by economical poverty and war against them. Such is the case of the Third world, of socialist nations...
      The result is what we call a free ecosystem of machines, or free market, or free eco(nomic)system, very different from a free ecosystem of human beings, a free society, a free Historic ecosystem - in fact both are opposed. So we find the contradiction that the two nations with a freer eco(nomic)system, Singapore and USA, are the nations with a bigger number of inmates per capita, of men jailed and closed behind metal-bars, and death penalties to humans... They are the less free human societies, where all human acts which are not acts of work and consume (reproduction and test of machines) are repressed, degraded...


      When lobism creates war.

      In such conditions of total freedom for machines and company-mothers, the big question to understand the phases of Lobism, of modern history is: when in the ecosystem of machines top predator machines rule, and when peaceful machines rule? When the system is controlled we might say by lions who eat human monkeys, and when it is ruled by elephants who let us live in peace?.
      We can talk in fact of war and peace Lobism or military Lobism and Consumer Lobism depending on which machine dominates the economic ecosystem.
      Problem is that Military lobism is always powerful. Since the most evolved species of 'metalife' at any age of the industrial 'evolution' are top predator weapons which kill men. The best planes are bombers, the best ships are air carriers, the best robots are Terminator-like machines. So they are the most expensive, the most profitable, and the preferred machines in the economic ecosystem. Further on the same reproductive companies which make peace machines, cyclically make war machines, promoted by governments, science and companies that help further the evolution of metalife.
      Any living ecosystem has two kind of species: there are blue fishes and sharks. Yet sharks are the real species, the strong top predator. Nobody remembers blue fishes. The are pandas, and brown bears. Yet there are far more brown bears. It is a fact that if you add by price, all the machines made in wars, all the gunboats, all the planes, there are more weapons reproduced by historic companies than peaceful machines. Only the car has been reproduced in bigger numbers than the tank. During the Gunboat age all trading boats were in fact gunboats, short of pirate-traders. During the XX century all submarines were war submarines. From air species the most perfect satellites are military. So are the most perfect planes. If you add air bombs, the total quantity of war planes and air metal-species by far exceeds that of planes. Such is the enormous importance of the war industry... The top predator nature of machines.
      This means there is a natural tendency towards Military Lobism in our political and economical system. That is why there has never been more wars than in modern 'false democracies', as Military Lobism raises once and again to power. We have studied the process from the perspective of the evolution of machines in our analysis of the economic ecosystems during the incoming 3 decades. We have found out that as in any other biological radiation of top predator species, Military Lobism is specially powerful at the end of a cycle of evolution of machines, when company-mothers have been making machines and profits for so long that their wealth and power becomes overwhelming. Then they are able to control people, products and politicians with wages, prices and bribes completely, and so they make them accept weapons, the machines that give more profits, and move the economic ecosystem towards war, the age of higher reproduction and evolution of machines, when they make more profits. Humans cannot then defend themselves against that mighty power of Military Lobism, and become destroyed and consumed by machines.
      Such an age of total political control by Military Lobism happened at the end of the age of steam machines (1848-78), at the end of the age of metal-bodies (in the 1920-1940); and it is happening now again, in the third age of metal-minds (2000s, 2030s), or age of over-production and ecosystemic saturation of the World by Televisions, cameras, and chip-brains.


      The 3 ages of overproduction of machines coincide with Military lobism.

       In this manner periodically Lobism degenerates into 'Military Lobism". And Military Lobism degenerates into war - the use of weapons, politicians buy to those top predator companies that dictate the laws of democracies.
      Those processes of Economical nature have happened at least 3 times since the Industrial Evolution started, once at the end of each main cycle of the Industrial era:
       - At the end of the steam age, Military Lobism brought a series of railroad wars in the 1850s-70s (American civil war, German Unification wars, Crimean war), resolved in favor of those with better railroad lines.
       - At the end of the age of Metalbodies (1920s, 30s), Military Lobism brought a series of wars based in planes and tanks (top predator cars). In that specific age, Military Lobism was called Fascism.
       - Now at the end of the age of Metal-Minds (2000s, 2010s) Military Lobism has started again in earnest, and the machines that are becoming Weapons are the most lethal of human history, smart bombs, satellite nets in control of atomic weapons, and terminator-like robots.


      America Vs the Americans.

       The cycles of History caused by Military Lobism repeat themselves. As long as Humans do not change their attitudes towards company-mothers, technological science and machines, nor they desire to guide Economics for the profit of man they will keep happening. What this means is that according to the cycle of stock wars, caused by changes in top predator products and companies, and by the periodic over production of peaceful machines, the World is about to enter in the last decade of peace, before the next cycle of war, the cycle of robotic wars.
      Those wars are caused by over-production of a certain top predator good which is the engine of the economy. In the last cycle the top predator goods were radios and cars, and the end of its cycle as peaceful products, which caused the stock-world crash of 1929, ended in war within two decades. The Germans who were the inventors of modern cars [Mercedes invented the oil engine] and were using widely radios for political purposes, were also the first to reconvert their industry to the production of the equivalent weapons. Instead of radios they made Hitlerian speeches, instead of cars Mercedes made tanks. This is the question. When there is over production of peaceful machines you can make weapons and consume humans, instead of let humans consume your machines. So America is entering now an age of over production of computers and those computers will be used in the form of top predator weapons, Robots and telecom systems of defense, in the next war.
      We could call this age 'neofascism', in reference to the previous age of Military Lobism. There are many reasons for that name, in as much as Military Lobism uses the same mechanisms of control of population: violent mass media systems (then radio speeches, today violent Television), it chooses politicians with a dramatic flair, who use nationalism and simple emotions to provoke war (then radio actors like Hitler, today TV-men like Reagan or Berlusconi), it sells the same ideologies in favor of war, machines, science, technology, individual selfishness, and lack of compassion and despise for human beings. And finally it breeds and it is commanded by the top predator nation in Weapons and technology, which was then Germany, and today it is America.
      In many ways America is parallel to Germany, in their systemic evolution, social composition and culture. The difference is that Germany was the country that dominated the II Industrial Evolution of bodies of metal, and it was first country to use electronic metal-communicators [radio] to provoke violence and war. America has been the country that dominated the present II Industrial Evolution, the cycle of metal-head. So it has been the first nation entering the third age of overproduction of computers, the first decade of Military Lobism, parallel to the third age of Bodies of metal that brought fascism to Germany. So it was also the first nation to use TV actors, to impose Military Lobism (Reagan) with a long term similar effect to German violent radio speeches.
      But fascism has been a misleading word, used not to blame the economical system, and the violent machines that hypnotize human minds and destroy our bodies, but to blame human beings, which are to a certain extent marionettes of The industrial evolution. And this web is clear about a point: the abstract economical system and ideologies of science in favor of all machines, including lethal machines is guilty. Humans are pawns of that system. So Americans today, widely hated by most of mankind, as Germans were in the 30s are not guilty but in great measure victims of a system imposed to them by the Industrial Evolution. Their guilt is a different one: to be so naive as to belief the lies of science, and economists to be so ignorant as to misunderstand the laws of social evolution and love religions, to be so hypnotized by lethal machines as to accept the self-suicide of its society. Those were the sins that caused the self-suicide of Germany, and the extinction of the European culture of that age. If those sins are not corrected in America by the Americans, through 'intelligent' manipulation of the Laws of Machine Evolution in favor of man, America will commit self-suicide within two decades. We know then the rest of it: War, Holocaust, massive extinction of humans consumed by weapons, destruction of the environment, and now with weapons 100th times more lethal than those of Germany, a very likely extinction of the entire human species.
      We might say that America, the wrong economic and political systems of Lobism and higher rights to money than human beings, is now becoming the biggest enemy of the Americans, the people which went to America or lived there, and as all people have always tried to be happy, raise a family, educate themselves, and enjoy the pleasures and natural energies of man. America Inc. the will of machines, is today against the Americans, the will of mankind, which America, a mosaic of all human races represents. And as we shall see in our next number dedicated to the American World, this confrontation between America inc. and the Americans, extends to all human races. Not even the leaders of American companies, the members of Go(l)d cultures that corrupted long ago the ethics of religions such as Judaism and Christianism with idolatry to money, (Aaronism that Golden calf, corrupted version of mosaic religion, Calvinism and Anglicanism the Gold religion that corrupted Christian religion), not even those seemingly directors of America Inc. will survive the confrontation between America and the Americans. On the contrary as the previous cycles of History proved (cycles of Holocausts and War, explained in detail in Bio-history) they are also victims of Military Lobism which on the long term only profits the Metal-earth, the machine ecosystem.


      Bio-historic definitions of eviL=anti-Live, and Fascism=Military Lobism.

      So to differentiate the real enemy of mankind - the lethal machine and the system it allows that machine to reproduce - from the victim, the human brain-washed to be violent and Evil=anti-live, we will use two different words: Lobism and eviL understood in a scientific sense, as the anti-particle, the opposite word to Live.
      Indeed, evil has a verbal, scientific definition. It is the opposite word to Live.
      eviL writes backwards as Live. So we can define in biological terms eviL as all attitudes against human lives, and human rights. We prefer those two words, Lobism and eviL, because they are more logic, more bio-logic, and real, and evoke the true meanings of Military Lobism, hidden by words such as fascism or 'science'.
      So we will use the simplified word Lobism, for all those ages of machine overproduction, because it truly explains in a more scientific manner, the basic cause and origin of those political systems: the control of credit and hence the capacity to give orders to politicians, certain weapons&technology company-mothers have in our political system. Lobism is the use of that power to create laws and commercial structures that make our society able to absorb those machines either as consumer goods in peace times, or when the consumer market is saturated, as weapons in war fields.
      The alternation of those two ages, an age of Peaceful Lobism, to sell peaceful machines, followed by an age of Military Lobism, to sell weapon machines, has biological causes: it is the same evolutionary alternation that takes place between peaceful machines and top predator ones, as scientists continue the industrial evolution of organic machines.
      In the age of peaceful machines men live better because the companies that control democracies legislate for peaceful machines. Yet when they reproduce war machines, they impose a war age of violence, in which machines consume human beings in war fields. Unfortunately in the decade of the 2000s, it seems the age of peaceful computers and TVs is exhausting itself. In fact, we move into an age of military lobism, that the new American presidency signifies.


      Culture and politics adapt to Lobism.

      In the present political system controlled by money and company-mothers which have a monopoly of creation of money in stock-markets, we could say that both history and culture are controlled by economical Lobism.
       So the economical products of the age determine our politics and cultural trends.
      Since we are in the age of metal-heads, it is the use of chips, computers, cameras, and TVs what has determined in great measure the political and cultural attitudes of citizens.
      So our politicians are TV actors or TV moguls, our scientists rely only in computers to determine their truths, our role models are sport and mass media celebrities. We cannot live without TVs and computers: those machines in the third age have saturated our ecosystem. Now they are diversifying forms and species, becoming top predator violent machines. TVs talk of human death. Computers integrate in robotic weapons. The most sophisticated satellites soon will be weapons in control of Atomic bombs (star war system promoted by Mr. Bush, military Lobist for American tech-companies.) We are thus assisting to the beginning of a radical change in the nature of our machines. It is a similar change to that which happened with the planes and cars of the 30s that became bombers and tanks, when they could no longer be consumed peacefully. Of course as company-mothers increasingly profit with war machines, they will pay war politicians and the information networks they control (mass-media) will become more violent, and accept violence, indoctrinating the people into wanting war. We saw it in Desert Storm.
      In the 20s this was done by radio-actors such as Hitler and Mussolini which were chosen because their capacities to transmit violent emotions on radio. In the 2000s in the wake of Reagan. Lobism uses TV-actors, TV-moguls, and guys who look nice in the camera.
      So our new age of Military lobism is parallel to that of the 20s-40s, but with a change in the products used to impose economical, historical, and cultural ideas in favor of war against humanism:

      CIVILIZATION: ECONOMIC CYCLE -> POLITICS --> CULTURE

      20s Europe: Age of Metal-bodies -> III Cycle: Fascism -> European baroque

      Let us now summarize the political opinions, and profiles of the incoming leaders of western democracies during the 2000s, that show a surprising parallelism with the attitudes of the first leaders of the 20s, during the last cycle of Military Lobism. So the reader might recall the main events of those past and modern years, that announce a frightening future for all of us:

      EUROPE:

Austria.

      Haider, the leader of the Austrian Nazi party wins the elections.

      The Nationalistic party wins by landslide in the Basque country. Second best was the Popular Party commanded by a former Ministry of Police.
      The Popular Party concedes a medal to Meliton Manzanas, the notable torturer of Franco's Police ministry, first victim of ETA.
      Reconversion?: Since it abandoned its left wing ideals, ETA has 2 reasons of existence: nationalism and terror. That is why we call her a fascist movement. Spanish left wing press.

During election.

     George Bush elected president with less votes than his rival.
     Even if Mr. Al Gore is far better prepared to deal with international issues, Bush has far more appeal in television. It looks like your next door neighbor.
      Has Jeff Bush won the election for his brother? Jeff Bush Governor of Florida denies the many charges of fraudulent elections.

      Ariel Sharon the extremist Israeli military is considered the main responsible of the massacre of 3 thousand women and children in the refugee camps of Shabra and Chattila.

It is the Home of hawkish general Ariel Sharon. Many here think that provocative display is the cause of the extension of Intifada into Jerusalem"

      Second Intifada. 2000.
      Ariel Sharon, the extremist right wing politician walked this morning, surrounded by a group of armed loyal officers, onto the Explanade of the Mosques, the sacred Muslim center of Jerusalem. When the Arabs complained, Israeli Soldiers fired killing several Palestinians. Some elite snipers shot to kill. Several children died. European press.

       2001 Elections.
      Ariel Sharon wins by a landslide the Israeli elections.
      The strategy is clear: to provoke so much fear and anger among Palestinians, that they react with new attacks against Jewish people. So the army can throw one million Palestinians still living inside Israel out of the country. Left wing European Press.

The 30s...

        A mob of Germans, some considered paramilitary forces from the national-socialist party have spread terror among Jewish shop-keepers, breaking their shop windows. It seems they are trying to persuade the Jewish minority to leave the country, before 'things get out of hand'.
      We are giving Jewish people loans so they can leave Germany. They do not care for our country. In 1922, they ruined the mark and took all our money to America. So now they can move there if they want. We are being sympathetic. Goering


      The 20s, the 2000s... Differences: fiction and no left-wing.

      The previous relation of news is clear. In the 1920s Europe and America witnessed the rise of Military Lobism, called then fascism, very mild on its beginnings, with Italy, a small country, as only prophet of violence, action and war, destruction of the human parties, and repetition of old militaristic adventures. People did not take Mussolini seriously. They did wrong. Since he was only the beginning of a wave, that unless were stopped soon, would expand into countries with far more military power.
      In the 2000s, Europe and America are witnessing the rise of neofascism.
      2 are however the differences between those two ages of Military Lobism, which at first glimpse might seem positive, but in depth make neofascism a movement at least as dangerous as that of the 20s.
      - Unlike in the 20s when fascism was only an Italian sickness, today the leadership of that movement is already in the hands of the country with the strongest military of the planet. This means the cycle is accelerating. More over, the weapons today on the hands of the military are far more lethal, and the increasing independence of those weapons from human control (robots, chipped weapons, smart bombs, satellites with access to atomic depots), makes them more dangerous. Our Military now can be nice, because eviL=anti-Live behavior is within the programs and software of the computer systems that rule our weapons. For that reason also our soldiers do not need to do the Military Service in many countries. They are being replaced by smart weapons, soon by robots. Ultimately this means a risk of extinction to the entire mankind. In II W.W. and the cold war, in the worst scenario at least the winner of the war would be human. Now that is not certain. The winner might be Matrix guiding Terminator platoons. Further on our smiley leadership is far less frightening, because eviL is in the machine, no longer in the warrior, a mere worker, with a 'job'.
      - In the 20s the destruction of left-wing parties was a reason for the rise of neofascism, which became 'death squadrons' against the red scare and the socialist movement. Today the destruction of socialism has already been consummated, by the fall of any socialist alternative, and by the corruption of left wing parties.
       Indeed, it surprises the politics of Mr. Clinton, Mr. Tony Blair, or the Socialist parties of Spain or German. They are often implementing and suggesting ideas to the right of the right wing parties. Why? Because they are all already on the pay-roll of the Company-mother. So there is no resistance, not opposition as there was in the 1920s to the rise of fascism. Again this makes the process smoother. There are no confrontations on streets between Fascism and left-wing socialism or Trade Unions. They are all in the same side. All of them have abandoned the workers, the citizens, the suffering people of the world.
      - In the 1920s people knew about the process, since the press kept informing them, despite the rise of film and radio, that erased many minds into an state of fiction or dramatic violence... Today that state of fiction and dramatic violence is generalized. So people do not even realize of what is happening. There is also no information on the processes involved. All media are controlled, and magazines like this one, struggling in and out, censored in the net, with no money to be printed, will never be able to counter-balance that massive right movement, which has taken over the old socialist and humanist groups, now also Lobbying for company-mothers.
       So those 3 facts, the corruption of the left, the spread of fiction among citizenship, and the dominance of violent attitudes in the leading American nation, make the transition from peace Lobism to Military Lobism, smooth, almost unnoticed, probably unstoppable...
      Neofascism - the rising of certain politicians for whom the law and diplomacy were secondary to action and brute force, politicians mainly to the service of the Military Industrial complex of European nations, distinguished the right wing movement in Europe during the 20s. Unlike in the normal democratic game, those parties no longer obeyed the law, instead preferred the use of weapons to solve problems from only one point of view - that of the strongest. The result was ten years latter a world at war.
       Such tendency is again evident in our new elected politicians. Right wing parties are breaching the general agreement which has ruled Western politics since II World war: that even if you differ in your opinion and way to deal with political and economical issues, there are places to debate those issues with the civilized weapon of man - verbal reason and legal creation. To that aim there were international organizations and national parliaments, legal systems, and non-corrupted courts that ensured the respect for the life and rights of the people. Such was also the view of most countries in XIX century Europe at least when dealing among themselves. When that understanding broke, after the disastrous, stupid I World War, fascism aroused, preaching the need for direct action to resolve problems, scorning the law, the International organizations and the parliamentary game... To that aim it hired paramilitary organizations, abused the emotional power of a new medium, radio to incite violence, and took charismatic radio actors such as Mussolini or Hitler, to power. For a few years Fascism was something new, and their leaders were admired... till they took their methods to their ultimate consequences.
       Now in the 2000s a new breed of 'action politicians', who scorn the law and manipulate it to its service, fond of violence, and dramatic speeches, are taking power with their right wing parties, while the old left wing parties are moving steadily to the right, to the point that their policies could have passed by that of their opponents 20 years ago. Tony Blair is doing things in Britain that no Tory even Thatcher would have dared. Clinton's economical policies would have been called fascist if Nixon had tried to implement them.
